There is a feeling of deja vu. This song reminded me of the time when i hardly knew Ashi. I was so uncertain abt him. There was a certain clumsiness, awkward silence bet us, which we used to fill up with useless chatter. Rather it used to me who used to jabber away abt books, music, movies over cups of coffee.
I remember how afraid of him not being the right guy for me. though some people still consider him not “right” for me. But i think he is perfect, and i love him in spite of everything that has happened. i know my stupidity is boundless but… love is blind right?
Past seems so distant now. As if it all had happened in another lifetime. A long long time ago. But come to think of it. It was two years ago that I had met him. I met him when i was hardly nineteen. I was in the first year of my college, a fresher, just out of school when i met Ashi for the first time.
But the romance didnt last long. He broke just after a year. No not even a year, but rather after a couple of months.
Anyway, i was talking abt our “first 50 dates”. Gosh it was such an exciting time. Every time i met him , i was left breathless by his charm. He just swept me off my feet. I fell headlong into love with Ashi.
