I dont usually wake up with a song in my head but today was different. All i cud hum in my mind was “har kisi ko nahin milta yahan pyaar zindagi mein, khush naseeb hai woh jinko hai mili yeh bahar zindagi mein”. It was so strange, i have never listened to this song attentively to rememeber the lyrics. I was humming the following stanzas too, but believe me i havent listened this song often enough to remember it so well.

But kudos to the lyricist! wat a song! i never understood the song well enough to appreciate it before. Now with personal experience i have understood the true ramifications of the song. ah and so true wen in the end the dialogue somes up, “gaane ke bol humare takdiron mein likhe faisle ban gaye”.

And this is definitely in my case. We didnt end up together. Or should i say u didnt want to end up with me. Anyway, watever the case, u had ur “reasons” but for my part i do feel that-

I think this song best expresses the feelings of hopelessness, the utter desolateness of my life. Damn! and here i thought i was over him. tht i was living my life for my own self. I thought i was happy and tht i have forgotten him. tht it didnt matter where he was, wat he did who he got married to! damn! this just isnt fair! why should my life be an upheavel while somebody else quitely bides his life?Why is tht only i feel the pain where as it doesnt matter to him whether i live or die? how ironic, isnt it? here i am thinking abt him every moment of my life and there he is blissfully unaware of all my pain and heartache. I wish i hadnt made a fool of myself by falling in love. Nobody does in this time and age, relationships r based on mutual benefit with no strings attached. each seeking his/her own ineterest. no pangs of heartache once it’s over. why was i such a fool? why, damn it? I will never ever allow anyone to play with my feelings again. i become hard cold and heartless, there shall not be any place in my life for feelings- be it love, jealousy, etc! am just going to be unfeeling and selfish! yes! being selfish is good. and as orkut says, self love is the greatest love!
